Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. boiled ham, ground
- 1 6 oz. can peas
- 5 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1 1/2 cup soft bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 cup milk
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

In a buttered casserole, layer ham, peas, eggs and bread crumbs. Melt butter in a saucepan. Stir in flour. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened. Add salt and pepper. Pour over casserole. Bake min a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until top is brown.
