Steak Sandwiches with Blue Cheese and Watercress

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 lb. flank steak
  • 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1/2 cup crumbled mild blue cheese
  • 1 1/2 tsp prepared horseradish
  • 4 ciabatta rolls, split and toasted
  • 2 cups watercress
  • Sliced red onion

Directions

  1. Season steak. In a skillet, cook steak in oil over medium-high until medium-rare, about 4 minutes per side. Let rest for 5 minutes. Thinly slice. In bowl, mix mayo, cheese, and horseradish; season. Spread on rolls. Top with steak, watercress, and onion.
