Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups self-rising flour
- 1 cup almond or walnut milk
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 small banana, mashed
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, plus more for skillet
- 1/4 cup dark brown sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- pure maple syrup, for serving
Directions

In a bowl, stir all ingredients except syrup. Heat nonstick skillet or griddle over medium; brush with oil. Spoon batter by tablespoonfuls into skillet. Cook pancakes until browned and cooked through, about 2 minutes per side. Serve with syrup.
