Little cheese puffs

Serves 10 people
- 1 pkg puff pastry
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 3 Tbs sugar (more or less, to taste)
- 1 tsp vanilla
Mix together cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
Cut pastry into 3″ × 2″ rectangles.
Place about 1 tsp cheese mixture in the middle. Pinch sides to form a roll.
Brush with egg whites or water and roll in sugar.
Bake 10-12 minutes at 350 until golden brown.
