- lukewarm water
- yeast
- about 5 c. white flour

- chopped green pepper
- cooked diced carrots
- paprika
- pepper
- milk
ready in about an hour and 20 minutes

- baking soda
- baking powder
- milk
- mashed ripe bananas
- nuts
