No-Bake Cheesecake

  • 1 pkg. lemon Jello
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1 can Milnot, whipped
  • 3 Tb. lemon juice
  • 3 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted
  • 1 c. sugar


  1. Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add lemon juice. Cool. Cream together the cheese, sugar, and vanilla. Add gelatin. Mix well. Fold whipped milk into gelatin mixture.

  2. x graham cracker crumbs and butter. Take out 1 cup for top. Firmly pack remaining mixture in bottom and sides of 13 × 9. Add filling and sprinkle top with remaining crumbs. Freeze. Serve partially frozen.
