Spiced Baked Squash

  • Acord or hubbard squash
  • 2 T pineapple juice
  • 1/8 - 1/4 t pumpkin pie spice
  • Foil


  1. Cut the squash in half and scoop out the seeds.

  2. Add to EACH cavity the juice and pumpkin pie spice.

  3. Wrap in foil and bake at 350 for 1 hour.

  4. Can add brown sugar if you like a sweeter flavor.
