French Onion Chicken

Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 20 minutes
Serves 4 people


  • 4 Boneless skinless chicken breasts or boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 10.5 ounce can of french onion soup
  • 1 Cup croutons
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 Slices of swiss or provolone cheese


  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat

  2. Add chicken and cook on each side until browned

  3. Add the french onion soup to the skillet and allow chicken to cook another 4-5 minutes on each side (until done), adding the croutons to the mixture after you flip the chicken.

  4. When chicken is fully cooked, add a slice of cheese on top of each piece of chicken. Turn off heat and allow cheese to melt over chicken.

  5. Server with rice or vegetables and enjoy!
