Best Ever Chocolate Mousse Cheesecake Pudding (with alcohol)

  • Vanilla layer:
  • 1 pkg cheesecake flavor pudding
  • 3/4 c Cruzan vanilla rum (alcohol)
  • 3/4 c cold milk
  • Chocolate layer:
  • 1 pkg chocolate mousse pudding (Jello brand is what I use)
  • 1 tsp (or more if you prefer) vanilla extract
  • 1/2 c Bailey's irish cream (alcohol)
  • 1/2 c cold milk
  • Eight 1 cup or four 2 cup dishes for serving - dishes with lids that seal work best


  1. Be sure your milk if very cold, and chill alcohol as well

  2. Mix cheesecake pudding powder with milk and rum and mix with electric mixer on medium for 3-4 minutes. Do not under mix.

  3. Pour equal portions in each dish.

  4. Place in refrigerator and allow to soft set for 1 hour. (this step can be skipped, but the pudding will be runny and may not give you well separated layers)

  5. Mix chocolate mousse pudding powder with milk, Bailey’s and vanilla with electric mixer per instructions on the pudding package. Do not under mix.

  6. Add layer of mousse to layer of cheesecake pudding.

  7. Chill until set.
