No bake vegan fudge

  • 1.5 c organic natural peanut butter unsalted room temperature.
  • 5 Tbs of organic cold pressed coconut oil melted.
  • 5 Tbs maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp Celtic sea salt finely ground.
  • 1/2 c vegan dark chocolate chips


  1. Process at room temp nut butter, coconut oil, maple syrup, salt.

  2. Batter should be thick. Pulse in chocolate chips. Line a loaf pan with wax paper and stick in freezer for an hour or more.
