Shrimp Louie Spread

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1/4 cup chili sauce
  • 1 TB horseradish
  • ⅛ tsp pepper
  • 6 green onions
  • 2 cups finely chopped cooked salad shrimp
  • salt


  1. Mix cream cheese and mayo. Add chili sauce, horseradish and pepper. Mix into a smooth sauce.

  2. Chop onions. Use the white part and up to an inch of the green part. Add to sauce and mix well.

  3. Chop the shrimp and add to bowl. Add salt if needed. Chill in a covered bowl in fridge for at least 4 hours.

  4. Serve with assorted crackers.
