French Fries with Mustard Vinaigrette

  • Half a 28-oz. bag frozen crinkle-cut fries
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp dried dill
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp. white wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. whole-grain mustard
  • 3 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. chopped fresh dill
  • 2 tbsp. chopped parsley


  1. Toss fries with olive oil, salt, pepper and dried dill. Spread on a baking sheet and bake at 425 until crisp, 30 minutes. Meanwhile, toss red onion with vinegar and mustard in a large bowl; let stand 15 minutes. Whisk in olive oil. Add the warm fries and dill and parsley; toss.
