Bacon-Ranch Pizza

  • 3 scallions
  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Grilled Pizza Dough (see recipe)
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 8 oz. shredded mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup thick-cut bacon, cooked and crumbled


  1. Slice the light parts of the scallions into 1/2-inch pieces; thinly slice the green parts. Toss the light parts with broccoli and olive oil; season with salt and pepper. Transfer to a preheated grill basket and grill over medium-low to medium heat until charred and crisp-tender, 5-8 minutes. Grill the pizza dough, topping with ranch dressing, mozzarella, bacon and the grilled veggies after flipping. Top with the reserved scallion greens before serving.
