Spicy Sesame Noodles

Serves 6 people


  • 1 lb flat noodles (egg noodles, linguine, asian rice noodles)
  • 2 English Cucumbers, peeled, sliced lengthwise, seeded and grated
  • 1 red bell pepper, cored, seeded and thinly sliced
  • 1.5 cups bean sprouts
  • 1.5 cups thinly sliced cooked chicken
  • 3/4 cup julienned carrot
  • 3 tablespoons minced green onion
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
  • Spicy Sesame Dressing


  1. Arrange cooked noodles on a platter and scatter vegetables and seeds around the top, leaving a well in the center for chicken. Serve room temperature or cold with dressing on the side.
