Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1lb ground beef
  • 1lb ground sausage (hot)
  • 1/2 block cream cheese (4oz)
  • half an onion, chopped
  • half a green bell pepper, chopped
  • 8-10 eggs
  • 2 cups shredded cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Saute vegetables in oil until tender

  3. Add beef and sausage to veggies and cook until no longer pink; drain and return to pan over low heat

  4. Add cream cheese and stir through until melted

  5. Spread mixture into a well greased 9×13 pan

  6. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and salt and pepper

  7. Pour eggs over meat mixture and then cover with your favorite shredded cheese

  8. Bake for 30 min until eggs are cooked
