Czech Pecan Sandy Crescent

(from cokerlj’s recipe box)

Old recipe. Handed down through the generations. The crescent shape has some religious significance but I don’t know what it is.
I DOUBLED THIS RECIPE…IT MADE A LOT!

  3. Mix until well blended, add pecans.

  4. Shape into fingers or crescent shape.

  5. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. I used parchment paper.

  6. Bake at 300 degrees for 18-20 minutes.

  7. Cool but you want it still warm, roll in powdered sugar.
