(from tnhoneypot21’s recipe box)
- 1 1/3 each butter, stick
- 1 1/2 cup peanut butter, smooth
- 1 pound powdered sugar
- 1 pk chocolate chips, 12 oz
- 1 parafin, 1 inch by 1 inch piece
Melt butter, add peanut butter, sugar and form into balls. Chill for 1/2 hour. Melt in boiler, the chocolate chips and parafin cut into small pieces.
With a toothpick, dip peanut butter balls in chocolate to coat, leaving top exposed like a Buckeye.
Place onto wax paper to cool.
Cover toothpick holes when chocolate has dried.
