Marinade for Lamb

This is enough for about 400g lamb. The lemon juice can be substituted with vinegar.

Prep time: 10 minutes
Serves 4 people
- 1 lemon (juice only needed approx 50-60ml)
- 15 ml honey
- salt and pepper
- 5ml origanum
- 5ml parsley
Mix all ingredients.
Coat the meat on all sides with it.
Leave for 24 hours in the refrigerator, turn and re-coat once or twice.
