Bombay Style Sole
(from Asaka’s recipe box)
- 1 c fat free plain yoghurt
- 1 t curry powder
- 1 t ground cardamom
- 1 t ground paprika
- 1 t dried cilantro
- 1.5 lb filet of sole, skinned (can also use chicken)
Make marinade in blender with all ingredients except sole.
Place sole in baking dish, cover with marinade and refridgerate 2-3 hours, turning every 30 min.
Preheat oven to 350 and cook sole 10 min or until it flakes.
