Bombay Style Sole

Ingredients

  • 1 c fat free plain yoghurt
  • 1 t curry powder
  • 1 t ground cardamom
  • 1 t ground paprika
  • 1 t dried cilantro
  • 1.5 lb filet of sole, skinned (can also use chicken)
  • salt
  • pepper

Directions

  1. Make marinade in blender with all ingredients except sole.

  2. Place sole in baking dish, cover with marinade and refridgerate 2-3 hours, turning every 30 min.

  3. Preheat oven to 350 and cook sole 10 min or until it flakes.
