Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 14oz can artichoke hearts
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan

Directions

  1. Rinse and drain the artichoke hearts. Puree all ingredients in a food processor. Bake at 350 in an oven-proof dish for 30 minutes.
