Stacy’s Guacamole

This is sooo much better than the one I used to make and is also in this book.
The other is good for large groups where you might need to “stretch” the amount.

Ingredients

  • 3 large avocados peeled & pitted (or more)
  • 1/2 small onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 lime, juice
  • 1/2 large jalapeno, seeded, very finely diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1 Roma tomato diced
  • garlic powder to taste
  • garlic salt to taste
  • salt to taste

Directions

  1. Mash avocados with a potato masher. I like mine on the chunky side.

  2. Add remainder of ingredients, taste and adjust seasonings for our personal preferences.

  3. Chill. Serve with chips.
