Stacy’s Meatball/Rotini Bake

My daughter made this. I peaked at it in her fridge. Looked amazing.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound box of Spiral Rotini pasta
  • 1 jar of spaghetti sauce (Ragu or similar)
  • 1/2 jar of alfredo sauce
  • 3 cups water
  • Garlic Salt
  • Onion Powder
  • Oregano
  • 1 bag frozen meatballs (Italian if available)
  • Mozzarella Cheese
  • Parmesan Cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

  2. Mix first 7 ingredients together.

  3. Spray 13 × 9 pan with Pam.

  4. Empty the whole box of Spiral Rotini (do not cook) into the pan, spread evenly.

  5. Pour the Ragu mixture together and pour over the Rotini. Then pour the meatballs over the Ragu.

  6. Cover with foil and cook for 40-50 minutes.

  7. Uncover, stir and top with mozzarella and Parmesan and put back in oven for another 15 minutes.

  8. Serve with a side salad and garlic toast.
