Baked Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 8 oz pork chops
  • 4 T italian style breadcrumbs
  • 4T low-fat plain yogurt
  • 2 t dried rosemary

Directions

  1. eheat oven to 400. Clean and dry pork chop, remove all excess fat.

  2. Place yogurt in small bowl. In second bowl, combine bread crumbs and rosemary.

  3. Dip chop into yogurt then coat with bread crumb mixture.

  4. Place prepared chops into shallow baking dish. Cook for 15 minutes or until meat is no longer pink.
