Spinach Artichoke dip

Ingredients

  • 1 16 oz package frozen chopped spinach
  • 2 cans of artichoke hearts
  • 2 8 oz packages of plain cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup of Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1/2 cup cream or milk
  • garlic salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients untill mixed well and put into

  2. a crock pot.

  3. Allow 1-2 hrs to warm through. Serve with corn chips,

  4. or melba toast or

  5. your favorite crackers. Even a sliced baguette is

  6. great too.
