Ingredients

  • 12 slices turkey bacon, cooked
  • 6 slices thinly-sliced ham
  • 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
  • 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 cups plus 1 tsp bisquick
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 3 tbsp prepared yellow mustard

Directions

  1. mbine 3/4 cup evaporated milk, 1.5 cups cheese and one tsp bisquick in a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until cheese is melted and sauce has slightly thickened to a creamy consistency. Remove from heat and cover.

  2. Whisk together remaining evaporated milk, water, remaining 1/2 cup of cheese, egg and mustard in a medium bowl. Stir remaining 3 cups bisquick into milk mixture until well blended.

  3. Use batter to make 12 waffles.

  4. To assemble sandwich: spread 2 tbsp cheese sauce evenly over one side of 6 waffles. Place 2 slices bacon and one slice ham on cheese sauce. Top with second waffle.
