Ingredients
- 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced
- 3/4 lb dried lentils
- 1 c diced ham
- 1 med onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 carrot, diced
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 t thyme
- 1/4 t pepper
- 1/4 t cumin
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 cans beef broth
- 2 cans chicken broth
- 2 cups fresh spinach
Directions

Cook on low 6 hours in crockpot. Add spinach last 5 minutes, until wilted.
