Golden chicken and autumn vegetables

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 2 lbs)
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried rosemary leaves, crushed
  • 1/4 tsp dried thyme leaves, crushed
  • 2 sweet potatoes, large, cut-up
  • 2 cups whole green beans, fresh or frozen

Directions

  1. Cook chicken in non-stick skillet until browned.

  2. Add broth, parsley, garlic powder, rosemary, thyme, potatoes, and beans. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 20 minutes or until done.
