Egg Noodles

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup flour, sifted
  • 1 tsp salt


  1. Beat eggs until light and foamy.

  2. Slowly add flour, stirring round and round.

  3. A ball of dough will result.

  4. Put on lightly floured board.

  5. Roll with rolling pin till thin large round.

  6. Let dry but not brittle.

  7. Roll up like jelly roll, cut with sharp knife.

  8. Shake apart and let thoroughly dry.

  9. Can be stored or used immediately.
