Ingredients
- 1 can 14.5 diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 pkg (6oz) chicken flavored stove top stuffing
- 1/2 c water
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1.5 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into bite sized pieces
- 1 tsp dried basil leaves
- 1 c shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions

Preheat oven to 400

Place tomatoes in medium bowl.

Add stuffing mix, water, and garlic.

Stir just until stuffing mix is softened- set aside.

Place chicken in greased 13×9 or 3 qt baking dish

Sprinkle with basil and cheese.

Top with stuffing mixture

Bake 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
