Beefy Pizza Casserole

Serves 8 people

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs gr beef
  • 2 med onions, chopped
  • 1/2 c chopped green bell pepper
  • 4 tsp dried Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 c flour
  • 1 26oz jar pasta sauce
  • 2 c shredded mozz
  • 1 13.8oz can pizza crust
  • 1 tb EVOO
  • 2 tb grated parm

Directions

  1. Cook first 3 ingreds and 3 tsp ital seasoning in large skillet over MH heat until beef is browned. Drain well and return to skillet.

  2. Add flour, stirring until blended. Stir in pasta sauces. Bring mixture to a boil over MH heat, stirring.

  3. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 13×9 in baking dish. Sprinkle evenly w 1 ½ c mozz.

  4. Unroll pizza crust and place on top of cheese. Brush with EVOO and sprinkle evenly w ½ c mozz., parm, ital seasoning.

  5. Bake at 425 for 15-20 mins.
