Chicken Oriental Salad Ramen

Ingredients

  • 1 package any flavor ramen noodles
  • 4 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 1/2 head lettuce, broken or shredded
  • 3-6 green onions, sliced
  • 1 cup blanched, slivered almonds
  • 1/4 cup sesame seed
  • 1/4 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 3 teaspoons seasoned salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 tablespoons sugar

Directions

  1. Cook noodles for 1 minute and drain.

  2. Roast almonds in oven until lightly browned.

  3. Mix vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, and sugar.

  4. Mix with other ingredients, except lettuce.

  5. Add lettuce just before serving.
