Sausage n Tater Casserole

Ingredients

  • 16 oz ground pork sausage
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 large garlic cloves, pressed
  • 1 can pepper Jack soup
  • 1 can cream of onion soup
  • 1 can cheddar soup
  • 1/4 t ground red pepper
  • 1 32 oz package frozen tater tots

Directions

  1. ok 1-3. Stir in soups and pepper.

  2. Place 1/2 tots in large crockpot (greased). Spread meat mix over tots, and the other half of the tots over the meat.

  3. ok on high 1 hr, low 4.5 hours.
