Holiday pudding cups

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg (4-serving size) chocolate flavor instant pudding and pie filling
  • 1 pkg (4-serving size) vanilla flavor instant pudding and pie filling
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tbsp margarine or butter, melted
  • frozen non-dairy whipped topping, thawed

Directions

  1. Prepare chocolate pudding mix and vanilla pudding mix according to package directions. Refrigerate.

  2. In small bowl, toss together crumbs and margarine or butter. Spoon half of crumb mixture into 8 individual dessert dishes or parfait glasses. Top with vanilla pudding. Spoon remaining crumbs over vanilla pudding. Top with chocolate pudding. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.

  3. Spoon dollops of whipped topping on each. Store in refrigerator.
