Barbque Chicken Thighs

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups ketchup
  • 1/2 cup cola
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
  • 8 skinless chicken thighs, thawed

Directions

  1. Combine first 8 ingredients in 2 quart saucepan.

  2. Cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from heat, reserve 1/2 cup of suace mixture.

  3. Grill chicken thighs on medium heat for about 10-12 minutes on each side, or until cooked through. About 10 minutes before chicken is finished brush sauce liberally on both sides. Serve warm with reserved sauce for dipping.
