Tofu Pate

This is nice stuffed in croissants or spread on crackers.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound tofu
  • 1 cup green beans
  • 3 tablespoons Tofu Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup walnut meal (make by processing walnuts in blender or food processor)
  • 1/2 teaspoon dijon-style mustard
  • 2 pinches hing (asafetida)
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Process all ingredients in blender or food processor and chill.
