Brie Fondue

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Brie Cheese
  • 1 tbsp Flour
  • 3/4 cup Dry White Wine
  • 3 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp Brandy (Apple or Berry variety)

Directions

  1. Cube Brie and toss with flour until coated

  2. Heat 1/2 cup White Wine in fondue pot (medium-low)

  3. Slowly add Brie while stirring

  4. Do not let mixture boil

  5. Add Brown Sugar and Cinnamon and continue stirring

  6. Stir in Brandy
