Tuscany ABC Soup

Ingredients

  • 8 oz kielbasa, quartered and sliced
  • 4 cans chicken broth
  • 2 cups ABC soup mix, uncooked
  • 2 cans diced tomatoes
  • 1 can corn, drained.
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp oregano

Directions

  1. Brown sausage in Dutch oven or large saucepan over medium-high heat, about 6 minutes. Drain fat.

  2. Stir in broth, tomatoes, corn, salt, pepper, and oregano; bring to a boil. Stir in ABC soup mix.

  3. Cover and simmer 15-20 minutes, or until split peas in soup mix are cooked.
