Grits

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 5 cups boiling water
  • 1 cup hominy grits

Directions

  1. Add lots of butter and salt to the boiling water.

  2. Slowly stir in the grits.

  3. Cover and cook slowly for about 30 to 40 minutes, and stir till you like it.
