Bacon and Cheddar mashed potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pound potatoes, unpeeled, quartered
  • 1/2 cup miracle whip
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder or 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Cover potatoes with water in large saucepan.

  2. Bring to boil, reduce heat cook 20 minutes and drain.

  3. Mash potatoes, add remaining ingredients and mix.
