Craig’s Coca-Cola Stir-fry

  • 1 can Coca-Cola
  • 1 teaspoon hot chili oil
  • 1/4 cup olive oil or more
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 3 chicken breasts
  • 32 ounces combined weight of broccoli, carrots, green beans, corn and other vegetables.


  1. Cook chicken with all ingredients but vegetables until done.

  2. On high heat add vegetables and cover.

  3. Stir frequently and reduce heat once stir-fry has returned to boil.

  4. Cook vegetables 10 to 15 minutes and uncover (allowing liquid to evaporate)

  5. Stir-fry is done when vegetables are tender yet firm and sauce thickens

  6. Serve over rices, noddles or crunchy noodles and enjoy.
