Mexican Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2 cups uncooked rice
  • 6 boneless, skinless, chicken breasts
  • 1 can cream of mushrooms soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 2 cups water
  • Cheddar cheese, grated

Directions

  1. Put rice in bottom of 9 × 13 inch dish.

  2. Arrange chicken breasts over the rice.

  3. Mix sour cream and soup together and put over the chicken breasts.

  4. Pour salsa over the top and then add the water.

  5. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees covered.

  6. Remove from oven and sprinkle with cheese,.
