Fruit Pizza

This turns out really pretty. And it’s good too!

Ingredients
- sugar cookie dough
- 2 c cool whip
- 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
- assorted fruit
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1 T cornstarch
- dash salt
- 1/2 c orange juice
- 2 T lemon juice
- 1/4 C water
- 1/2 t grated orange peel
Directions

Bake the sugar cookie dough in a pizza pan according to the directions. Let cool.

Beat the cool whip and cream cheese together and spread on top of the crust.

Arrange your choice of pieces of fruit on the top.

Cover with the glaze: heat remaining ingredients over medium heat until boiling, stirring contstantly. Boil 1 minute and cool slightly.
