Ingredients

  • 4 boneless pork chops, about 6 ounces each
  • 1/3 cup Dijon mustard

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Grill or panbroil chops 4 minutes on each side. Spread each chop with about 1 teaspoon per side of mustard. Bake 10 minutes.
