Aunt Edna’s Peach Jams

Ingredients

  • 6 quarts diced peaches
  • 6 quarts sugar
  • 3 tablespoons cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon all spice
  • 1 teaspoon cloves

Directions

  1. Peel and dice peaches. Combine all ingredients. Cook and simmer about 3 hours until thick.

  2. Then bottle after removing foam.
