Deviled Chicken Thighs

Cook time: 20 minutes
Serves 4 people

Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. dry sherry
  • 3 T soy sauce
  • 1 lg. clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 t ground ginger
  • 1/8 t cayenne
  • 1/2 c .water
  • 8 small chicken thighs

Directions

  1. -Combine sherry, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, cayenne, and water in large skillet.

  2. -Add chicken and turn to coat.

  3. -Bring to boiling, lower heat, cover, simmer 10 minutes

  4. -Remove cover, turn chicken, raise heat so liquid boils briskly.

  5. -Turn chicken occasionaly and cook until chicken is golden, about 10 min. longer.
