Easy Empanada Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 package taco seasoning mix
  • 2 (8 ounce) cans of crescent dinner rolls
  • 4 ounces shredded Colby cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven at 350 degrees

  2. Cook ground beef in a skillet till browned

  3. Stir in water and taco seasoning.

  4. Cook 3 minutes.

  5. Separate crescent dinner rolls into 16 triangles.

  6. Spoon 2 tablespoons of meat on each of 8 triangles.

  7. Top with 2 tablespoons of cheese

  8. Put the 8 triangles on top of the filled triangles.

  9. Place on ungreased cookie sheets

  10. Bake for 15 minutes.
