Fruity and Nutty Ramen

Ingredients

  • 1 package any flavor ramen noodles
  • 1 small can apricots
  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds
  • 1 tablespoon margarine
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 cup ham, cut in strips
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar

Directions

  1. Cook noodles and drain.

  2. Rinse with cold water.

  3. In skillet, melt margarine and add sugar and almonds.

  4. Brown lightly over medium heat, stirring constantly so almonds are coated in sugar.

  5. Mix ham and apricots with noodles, sprinkle with vinegar and toss.

  6. Add almonds and serve.
