Hot Cocoa Mocha

Serves 4 people

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons HERSHEY'S Cocoa
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1-1/4 to 2 cups hot coffee

Directions

  1. Stir together sugar and cocoa in microwave-safe 2 cup measure. Add water; stir until well blended. Microwave at HIGH (100%) 30 to 45 seconds or until mixture boils. 2. Add whipping cream; stir until well blended. Microwave at HIGH 1 to 1-1/2 minutes or until hot. Combine cocoa mixture and coffee. Serve immediately. 3 to 4 servings.
