Grilled Fish

Ingredients

  • 1-2 lbs. frozen fish fillets (tilapia works well)
  • Marinade:
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 chicken bullion cube
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. crushed garlic
  • 1/2 tsp. ground ginger

Directions

  1. Freeze fish fillets. Whisk remaining ingredients in a small bowl to make the marinade. Freeze in a plastic bag taped to fish fillet package.

  2. To prepare for serving, thaw marinade and fillets. Marinate fish for 30 minutes.

  3. At the same time, remove fish from the marinade. Set on oven control to broil. Broil or grill fish for 10 minutes per inch of thickness or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Baste frequently with marinade while cooking.
